Ingredients:

- 1 can of sweetened condensed milk

- 4 eggs

- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

- 3 cans sweet corn, drained

- ½ cup melted butter

- 2 ½ cups cornmeal

- 100g all-purpose flour

- 1 tablespoon baking soda

- Pinch of salt

- Peppers and Flavors Ready to Use Puree (Guajillo, Serrano, and Pasilla)

Directions:

1. Open the cans of corn, drain, and pour into a blender.

2. Add the condensed milk, eggs, and melted butter to the blender and blend.

3. Add the flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix until well combined. You can sift the dry ingredients to make it finer.

4. Separate about 16 oz of the mixture and add your favorite Peppers and Flavors Ready to Use Puree. One spoon is equal to one Chile Pepper in flavor. For this recipe, we used Guajillo Puree.

5. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 2-quart baking dish.

6. Bake for about 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean for the small container.
